Work Package 7 (WP7): Dissemination

Objectives

• To enhance the use of RedCLARA services among project members to facilitate the access and consultation of generated material (meeting agendas, reports, deliverables).
• To coordinate and promote the training process on the use of the services agreed by ELCIRA.
• To develop informative material for the participation in specific events related to advanced networks.
• To efficiently promote and disseminate the project to the scientific, academic and industrial communities as well as among decision-makers.

Description of work and role of partners

This WP will carry out all the activities that will generate relevant informative products for the project members in order to support the work of the participants. Additionally, this WP will develop a visibility work among academic and research communities in Latin America of the most relevant milestones achieve during the project and during the development of the pilot service.

T7.1 – Coordination and management
Leader: RedCLARA
This task will deal with the overall coordination of WP7 as well as the measurement of the advances of the metrics proposed in B.1.1.

T7.2 – Website and materials
Leader: RedCLARA
Creation and management of an informative website that contains information related to the development of the project for the participants and with achievements and progress for the general public.
Production of online and physical dissemination material tailored to different audiences/users and project needs;

T7.3 – Support to Training Activities
Leader: RedCLARA
This task will deal with the organization and support of induction tutorials directed to the technicians to implement the agreed services.

T7.4 – Update, Inform, Disseminate
Leader: RedCLARA
This task is permanent during the whole project. It consists on permanently providing information and update that information on the website, the dissemination tools and the materials. It also requires to participate in conferences and other events to disseminate the services and results of the project. For example: participation in specific international events in order to promote the advances and success of the project. Key events will be the TERENA Networking Conference (TNC2012 and 2013) and regional CLARA conferences (TICAL2012 and 2013), eChallenges 2012, ICT 2012, RNP Workshop 2013 and CUDI meeting in October 2013.
