SIVIC - Multiconference scheduling

The reservation system for Videoconference Room H323 makes easier the search of videoconference rooms with multi-enabled units for this type of videoconferences in Latin America in order to maximize resources for the management of work teams or the integration of the research community. SIVIC allow, in the same space, organize videoconferences in different countries, allowing all participants to book their video conferencing rooms in the region.

SIVIC has the first collaborative MCU cluster in Latin America: four countries share their MCU ports, ensuring availability of up to 50 simultaneous standard connection points and ten s HD connections point.

SIVIC, is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and will allow users of your institution to reserve certified videoconference rooms to their meetings and online events with higher quality.

Nowadays, the directory application contains 110 registered rooms across Latin-America. The directory application was integrated to the portals of the NRENs CKLN (Caribbean), CEDIA (Ecuador), CONARE (Costa Rica), and RENATA (Colombia).
